AKW series end suction single stage centrifugal pumps

The Airtight AKW wear-resistant pulp pump is a new type structure with new materials without leakage, good anti-clogging performance, compact structure, etc. It adopts semi-open or closed impeller, the clearance between the wear plate and the front side of the impeller is adjustable, and the shaft seal mainly adopts mechanical seal, packing seal or dynamic seal. The product can be comparable with world-class brands such as Sulzer WPP pump, Andritz pump, Gulz pump, Metso pump, etc.

Wear-resistant open impeller is suitable for this pump, and it adapts to erosive and corrosive liquids and slurries that contain solid particles. ASTM high material can extend life cycle of fluid parts which resulting in reducing shut down and maintenance time, improving economic returns. In pulp and paper industry, it is the priority selection for a pump application running under crushing equipment.
